I am an artist and designer living in Tucson, AZ. I work in various media - acrylic with collaged elements, drawing and photoshop. My newest paintings are encaustic and I feel that use of this medium will allow me to better develop and express my artistic ideas.
The desert southwest inspires all of my works and you will see iconic desert plant forms appearing throughout my art. My paintings balance organic plant forms with grids and overlapping lines...the natural with the man-made...and positive and negative space.
